Research

The Department of Geography at the Seoul campus and Professor Yoo Ga-young's team at the Global Campus are currently conducting climate change research. The Department of Geography is conducting research on ‘The impact of climate change on social and economic systems based on GIS’ and is one of the leading research groups in Korea. In addition, The provost is operating an ESG management planning project, which aims to create a city-level ESG evaluation model that can be applied in Korea and other Asian countries. As most of the ESG models provided by the government are focused on corporations, this project will create city-level and university-level ESG evaluation models that emphasize public value, and provide consulting services in Korea and other Asian countries.
